What It Means
Karbala came down to a single choice. Submit to a tyrant and live, or refuse and keep everything intact. Imam Husayn (AS) chose to die in honor rather than live a day in humiliation, and every man who stood with him made that same choice knowing the outcome. They were outnumbered and cut off from water, certain of how the day would end. None of them turned back. What they chose was the proof that some things are worth more than survival.
